A 4-year-old who has been dealing with complex heart problems her entire life. Her diagnosis is Tricuspid Atresia. This patient spent their first year of life at Arkansas Children's before being transferred to Le Bonheur in Memphis. The family is from North East, AR. She was referred back to Children's Hospital for a second opinion, and she is continuing to see her doctors every 2 weeks while they are awaiting a specialist in St. Louis to consider her case as her treatment options are dwindling. During an appointment at the beginning of October, the family's car did not start, and the family has been sitting in the ACH parking lot since then. The issue is a fuel pump. They have found someone in their town to fix it, but now the issue is getting the car to their hometown. The patient's father reports that he will rent a trailer from U-Haul and transport the car this way. The family is requesting $450 for the rental to transport the car home. APPROVED
